Ibophele izingqungqulu zabagijimi iPrince Mangosuthu Ultra Marathon ka-2021 ezogijinywa eNquthu ngeSonto.

IComrades Marathon ayibanga khona ngo-2020 nakulonyaka ngenxa yokudlanga kwaleli gciwane.

Abanye abagijimi abaziwayo abazobe bekhona kulo mjaho uLovennes Madviva, Mncedisi Mkhize, Lungile Gongqa, Nsindiso Phakathi, Sanelisiwe Mbanjwa, Nkosikhona Mohlakwana, Winfred Mutiro, Ndumiso Sokhela noPeter Muthubi.

NgeSonto kuzogijinywa umjaho owu-42km nowu-10km. Kugcizelelwe ukuthi kuzobe kuqashwe kakhulu ukuphepha kwabagijimi njengoba kunesimo seCorona.

Ngemuva komjaho ngeke bavunyelwe ukuhlala ndawonye, kuzomele basheshe bahambe. Abathathu abazophuma phambili yibona kuphela abazothathwa izithombe.

Yibo kuphela futhi abazovunyelwa ukusondelana nabagqugquzeli bomjaho nezinye izikhulu. Abagijimi kumele bafake izifonyo abazozikhumula ngaphambi kokuthi bagijime.
